The evaluations are open to both individuals and teams. If bringing a full team, please call in advance to notify (805-964-7762 ext.264).

The program is meant to lay a strong athletic foundation for a young athlete’s sport-specific skill development in the future. Boys and girls starting at the age of 7 see benefits from the training.

“As a young athlete, it’s very important to learn good habits and those good habits are going to come at a young age, being taught the right way,” said Parisi School Director Rich Alvarado. “That in turn is going to allow the athlete to be safe on the field and to actually grow athletically.”

The athletic performance school was established on the East Coast in 1993 and has grown to train over 600,000 athletes nationwide. The system was developed with youth athletes in mind but has been adopted by professional athletes and teams over the years.

The Santa Barbara location is just the second Parisi Speed School in California.
