Bryan Fernandez won the Division 2 individual boys title, but Dos Pueblos fell short of its quest to win the team title at the CIF-SS Cross Country Championships at Mt. San Antonio College on Saturday.

Westlake, with three runners placing in the top 35, won the boys team title with 115 points. Dos Pueblos finished in fifth place with 185 points. Saugus, Redondo Union and Ayala finished third through fourth.
Andrew McGuan was the third Charger finisher in 49th in 14:55. He was followed by John Greening, 75th in 15:12; Cole Smith, 81st in 15:15; Ben York, 89th in 15:22 and Tyler Bradford, 105th in 15:41.
