Harris, Madill make All-CIF team

Dos Pueblos’ Hannah Harris and Chloe Madill were named to the Southern Section’s All-CIF Division 4 Team, it was announced on Tuesday.

Garden Grove’s Jasmine Antunez is the division MVP.

Harris and Madill were leading contributors to the Chargers’ 25-4 team that was stopped in the CIF quarterfinals by La Habra.

Harris, who was the division’s Most Valuable Player as a junior, completed her senior season with an era of .053 in 172 innings. The Fresno State commit totaled 180 strikeouts in the pitcher’s circle and hit for a team-best .488 average in the batter’s box.

Madill knocked in a team-high 25 runs and finished with a .387 average. Madill’s also led the team in home runs (4) and slugging percentage (.632).
