PHOTO GALLERY INTRO: Carpinteria downed rival Bishop Diego 2-1 in girls soccer on Thursday. The Warriors came from behind by scoring in the 75th minute and then again in the second overtime period.

It’s the second win for Carpinteria over Bishop Diego this season in Frontier League play. The Warriors remain unbeaten in league play with a 4-0-2 record.

Carpinteria's Lesly Zapata scored the equalizer in the 75th minute.

Carpinteria centerback Kelsey Drain and the Warriors defense allowed the Cardinals offense very few opportunities after giving up Annalise Morando's early goal.
