Kiyan Mashhoon beat Briggs Boss by one stroke to win his third straight title in the boys 14-15 division in a Santa Barbara Junior Golf Tour event on Monday at Valley Club of Montecito.
Mashhoon shot a 79 in the William S. Mole Tournament.
Erik Thorbecke and Dylan Wright each shot 1-over par 73s in the 16-over division to share medalist honors.
Travis Fristoe shot an 84 to win the 12-13 age group.
The girls 14-over division was won by Vanesa Villa with an 82.
In the boys and girls 11-12 group, Matthew Pate won for the second straight week, firing a 9-hole 45.
