Talitha Draper celebrated her birthday with a standout performance, scoring 18 points on 8-of-11 shooting to lead Dos Pueblos to an 81-35 rout over Pioneer Valley on the final day of the Harold Oliviera girls basketball tournament at Righetti on Wednesday.Dos Pueblos’ pressure defense was too much for Pioneer Valley to handle. Bishop Diego suffered a bad break on an official’s call late in the game and it proved critical in a 52-47 loss to Templeton at the Valley Christian Academy girls basketball tournament in Santa Maria on Wednesday.Down by one with seven seconds to go, the Cardinals needed to foul to stop the clock and get the ball back.
