The “Dominator” was at it again at East Beach on Tuesday.Jon Clark, who has dominated the Semana Nautica 5-mile biathlon since the mid-1980s, tuned up for this summer’s competition by winning the weekly Reef and Run Series duathalon.Clark covered the 1-kilometer swim and 2-mile run in 31 minutes, 43 seconds.
