The Santa Barbara Athletic Round Table closed out the year with another packed-house affair at Fess Parker's Doubletree for the 43rd annual Hall of Fame Banquet on Monday night.The inductees as well as Coaches and Athletes of the Year were honored, with highlights including a video acceptance speech from Dodger Stadium by Hall-of-Famer Ryan Spilborghs, who plays for the Colorado Rockies. Davis collects the series sweep
