Jackie Harvey was a triple-threat on Friday night, punishing the visiting Thacher Toads with 18 kills, eight digs and six aces in a Laguna Blanca sweep.
With the win, Laguna improves to 2-0 in the Condor League and are now 12-1 overall.
Jessie Ditmore recorded eight kills and five blocks. Junior Lilly Hodges tallied four aces and Amanda Schulenberg five more.
“It was the best we’ve played all year,” said Owls head coach Jim Alzina, who appreciated the solid home crowd showing up on a Friday night to chear on his team. “It all started with some touh serves and good passing.”
