Santa Barbara's Lakey Peterson and Parker Coffin surfed to titles at the WSA Prime Championships on Sunday at the Oceanside Harbor North Jetty, with Peterson winning in the girls-16s and Coffin in the boys-14s.Peterson beat out Lani Doherty in the 16s final with a two-wave score of 15.17.
